You won’t just be watching – you’ll be making things happen. As Artist & Management Coordinator, you’ll support our artist managers, leadership team and artists with their daily business and help keep campaigns, tours, content productions and schedules running smoothly.

We’re Chromatic Talents – a small music company with big ideas. Based in Trier, Germany’s oldest city (yes, with actual Roman ruins and vineyards), we build artist careers and campaigns with artists like Felix Jaehn and Wilhelmine, and work closely with international songwriters and producers. We run our own music and photo studios and believe in creative freedom, honest collaboration and that you don’t need to live in Berlin to work in music.

What you’ll do:

• Support our management team operationally and keep complex workflows on track
• Collaborate with tour managers & booking agents, help plan crew, travel & tour budgets
• Attend events & shoots, assist with logistics and support on site
• Coordinate styling, hair & make-up teams, support wardrobe management
• Organize contracts, master files, press photos, tour dates & more in our systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, CMS)
• Plan travel, handle visa processes & coordinate appointments across time zones
• Help manage promo & release campaigns and keep deadlines in check
• Create itineraries, travel plans and schedules – and make sure everyone knows where to be
• Organize uploads & bookkeeping documents
• Jump in wherever it’s needed – from event logistics to daily artist updates

What you bring:

• Structure, focus & a proactive mindset – you like making things run smoothly behind the scenes
• Strong communication skills and a feel for people and planning
• Reliable, independent working style – but you’re also a great team player
• Confident with MS Office, ChatGPT, Canva & Google Docs – and you use them to stay organized & creative
• A degree is cool – but what matters most is motivation & energy
• You’re flexible and willing to work evenings/weekends if needed – it’s the music business, after all
• A valid EU driving license (Class B) is a must – sometimes it’s your turn behind the wheel
